Dear delegates,

ICRC2003 Local Organizing Committee announced a notice related to SARS on June 5th. Recently, WHO announced that the SARS transmission was interrupted in the last outbreak area and WHO no longer recommends the restriction of travel to any areas. Thus, we would like to welcome all delegates from all over the world.

We are looking forward to meeting you in Tsukuba.
